Order & Returns
Start a button called Return policy: If for any reason you need to return a product within 30 days from the date of the receipt call 8OO-824-9652 for a return authorization form. The cost of returning the merchandise will be the responsibility of the customer/purchaser. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to the following items: Weights, Steps, Mats, Storage Racks, Balls, Weighted Bars, Strength Equipment, Boxing, Cable Attachments, Balance & Agility, Training Aids and Group Fitness Products. All other products will be at the discretion of SIL FITNESS.

Shipping Policy
SIL FITNESS goal is to always ship out all orders out within 24-48 hours. Several items have longer lead time due to the fact that they are custom orders due to manufacturing cost of supplies these items are made to order as they are received. These items might take 72 hours to make before shipping. They are the following items, Stability Ball Racks, Exercise mats, Vinyl mats.. SIL FITNESS uses both UPS and Federal Express ground to ship out there packages. Depending on which service carrier is suited for that order so that we can get you the best possible shipping price.
Freight Shipment
Certain items due to size or weight must ship via common carrier freight. The unloading and bringing the product into your facility is the responsibility of the customer. SIL FITNESS offers the following options, if you so desire, at an additional charge.
Inside delivery
The trucker unloads the products and brings it Into your facility. Estimated charge is between $89.00-$125.00.
Lift Gate
To assist you in taking the products off of the truck. Estimated charge is between $69.00-$99.00. NOTE: This doesn’t Include an Inside delivery which is separate.
Specific Time
Specific time of deliver y can be requested. An estimated four hour window around the requested time of deliver y can be arranged. Estimated charge between $69.00- $89.00.
Change of Address
If an order has been placed and shipped already and you request an address change and we are able to call the freight company while en route to change the address a charge of $15.00 will be applied. If a freight Carrier the charge is $59.00
Oversize Shipments
There are several products due to there size are known to go out as an oversize shipment. This is determined by the dimension of the box which is determined by the length, width and height of the box. UPS and Federal Express determines due to the size of the box they charge an oversize rate. SIL FITNESS tries its best to limit the size of the box when this occurs. The shipment cost is calculated by the size of the box rather than the weight of the box. Just items this may occur with are Exercise mats, Stability Ball racks, Bosu storage rack and Plyo Box.
